(1) 表示還有其他類似的人或物，意為：諸如此類；等等一切；之類等等；等等之類。如：

he has books and paper and all. 他有書和紙之類的東西。

(2) 表示：包括；還有。如：

what?! children and all? 什么?! 還帶孩子?

(3) 表示贊同(屬英國(guó)方言用法)，意為：確實(shí)；當(dāng)然。如：
