現(xiàn)在生活節(jié)奏越來越快，家庭和工作等各方面的壓力有時(shí)候會(huì)壓得我們喘不過氣來。為了身心健康，很多人嘗試用音樂、運(yùn)動(dòng)、食物等辦法減壓，你如何減壓呢？

　1. i’ve been really stressed. it’s the end of the year and i’ve got so much stuff to do! i feel like i’mdrowning in work.
　　我近來壓力非常大，到年底了，要做的事情很多，我感覺我要溺死在工作里了。
　　2. the stress is seriously affecting my life! i can’t sleep, i don’t have much of an appetite and my husband says i’ve been kind of short tempered.
　　壓力嚴(yán)重影響了我的生活，我睡不著，胃口也不好。我老公說我近來脾氣也很急躁。
　　3. i’ve tried ginseng, herbal teas ... to deal with my stress, and nothing seems to work.
　　我試了喝人參和花草茶等來減壓，但是似乎都不管用。
　　4. tina is a yoga fanatic. she swears it’s reduced her stress levels significantly.
　　蒂娜特別熱衷瑜珈，她說做瑜珈幫她大大減輕了壓力。
　　5. when i’m there on my yoga mat, i’m able to tune outthe rest of the world. it’s such a peaceful feeling.
