　　一、6月3日起，所有到英國簽證申請中心遞交申請的申請人必須網(wǎng)上提前預(yù)約，不預(yù)約的不予受理。t4學(xué)生簽證預(yù)約時(shí)必須選擇tier4類別預(yù)約，同時(shí)必須填寫cas和準(zhǔn)確的gwf號(hào)預(yù)約，否則不予受理。

　　from 3rd june 2013, all applicants will need to make an appointment to lodge a uk visa application. in the past a limited facility existed for applicants to lodge an application without an appointment, but from 3rd june this will no longer be possible. please ensure that you have booked an appointment after completing your online application form. if you go to a vac after this date without an appointment, we will be unable to accept your application.

　　applicants applying for the tier-4 visa category are advised to book an appointment by choosing only the option of “tier-4 applicants” in the visa category. where a tier-4 applicant books an appointment under any other category, he/she will be unable to submit this at the visa application centre and will be required to re-book their appointments under the correct option.tier-4 applicants are required to provide only the “cas reference number” in the field where requires “passport number\cas reference number”. tier-4 applications are also required to provide the correct & accurate “gwf number” in the field “gwf number”. kindly note we might not be able to accept your application if your appointment / application is made with incorrect information.

　　計(jì)點(diǎn)積分制第四層級的申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)在計(jì)點(diǎn)積分制第四層級簽證類別選項(xiàng)下預(yù)約。如果計(jì)點(diǎn)積分制第四層級的申請人預(yù)約了其他類別簽證，他/她的簽證申請將不會(huì)被簽證申請中心受理，他/她將需要在正確的簽證類別下重新預(yù)約。計(jì)點(diǎn)積分制第四層級的申請人必須在“passport number\cas reference number”一欄中輸入學(xué)習(xí)錄取確認(rèn)(cas)號(hào)碼。同時(shí)需要在“gwf number”一欄中輸入準(zhǔn)確的在線表格(gwf)號(hào)碼。如果你的申請預(yù)約使用了不正確的信息，我們將無法受理你的簽證申請。

　　important: as part of the visa application procedure, you shall be finger-printed at the visa application centre. if you have temporary injuries on hand, do not take an appointment till the injuries have healed. please ensure that there is no coating of henna (or similar) on the hands on date of visit to the visa application centre.

　　二、請就讀理工科類及限制性專業(yè)的學(xué)生務(wù)必注意主課通知書上或主課cas上是否要求提交atas證書，如果學(xué)生直接以主課cas或語言+主課打包c(diǎn)as申請英國簽證，且cas上要求提供atas證書，則無此證書無法辦理英國簽證，無證書提交簽證會(huì)導(dǎo)致直接拒簽。

　　如果學(xué)生主課通知書要求提供atas證書，但目前只是拿到語言階段cas，那么辦理語言簽證時(shí)無需提交atas證書，但語言課程結(jié)束后辦理主課續(xù)簽時(shí)，必須提供atas證書才能辦理。

　　atas證書以網(wǎng)上申請的方式進(jìn)行，通常2-4周出申請結(jié)果，大約70%的學(xué)生atas證書在2周左右出結(jié)果，30%的學(xué)生atas證書在4周左右出結(jié)果，遞交atas證書申請1周到10天后，即可采取郵件的形式跟催證書申請結(jié)果。

　　atas (academic technology approval scheme)是來自非歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)(non-eea)的留學(xué)生在報(bào)讀某些學(xué)科課程的研究生時(shí)，必須通過的一道附加的審查。

　　這項(xiàng)名為 atas (academic technology approval scheme)的審查由英國外交部進(jìn)行，申請人在得到大學(xué)入學(xué)通知書后，可通過英國外交部網(wǎng)站的網(wǎng)上申請表格遞交申請。申請過程免費(fèi)，時(shí)間約為3-4周。除了個(gè)人資料和課程代碼外，申請人必須提交配偶、學(xué)歷、雇主等資料。atas 是英國反恐戰(zhàn)略下加強(qiáng)對外國留學(xué)生審查的步驟之一，所涉及的課程都屬于理工生物等學(xué)科。atas 與就讀院校直接掛鉤，如果申請人轉(zhuǎn)換院校，必須重新申請 atas。

　　三、六月起，所有t4學(xué)生簽證申請人均增加面試環(huán)節(jié)

　　申請計(jì)點(diǎn)積分制第四層級學(xué)生簽證的申請人在簽證中心遞交申請和生物信息的同時(shí)需要參加簡短的面試。

　　該面試被稱為'誠信面試'，旨在弄清申請人赴英的真實(shí)原因。簽證官將會(huì)結(jié)合申請人的面試報(bào)告審理其簽證申請。如果簽證官需要更多信息，申請人可能會(huì)被要求參加進(jìn)一步的面試。
