be angry with (at) sb 對(duì)某人生氣

he was angry with [at] his wife. 他對(duì)他妻子很生氣。

the teacher was angry with [at] me when i was late. 我遲到時(shí)老師對(duì)我很生氣。

注：表示對(duì)某人生氣，用介詞 with 比用介詞 at 常用。有人認(rèn)為：用 with 表示心中感到生氣，而用 at 則表示怒氣流露于外表；也有人認(rèn)為用介詞 at 為口語(yǔ)或非正式文體等。不過(guò)值得注意的是，不要按漢語(yǔ)意思說(shuō) be angry to sb。

be angry at [about] sth 對(duì)某事生氣

the teacher was rather angry at what you said. 老師對(duì)你說(shuō)的話相當(dāng)生氣。

the man was angry at being kept waiting. 這個(gè)人因別人讓他久等而很惱火。

注：表示對(duì)某事生氣，介詞 about 和 at 都可用，有人認(rèn)為：介詞 at 后接某人之言行，而 about 之后接某事， 但這種區(qū)別并不十分嚴(yán)格，兩者有時(shí)可換用。但是，表示對(duì)某事生氣，通常不能用介詞 。
